6. Device overview
6.1 Signal Indicators
V1.0: If no error is present, then LED Power shows the functi on control (briefl y off ).
V4.0 and later: If no error is present, then LED Power shows the operati ng state (on).
V5.6 or later: If an internal error conditi on is detected during operati on, the error message is saved. The exi-
sti ng saved error messages are output one aft er the other by the green LED (Power) via the number of pulses.
Aft er a switch-on procedure, all internally saved error messages are deleted. If an internal error conditi on is
currently present, all red LEDs are permanently lit. If there is currently no internal fault state, the red LEDs
indicate the states of the connected safety contact edges. The error state during testi ng of the signal input
(error message 6) becomes inacti ve if no error is detected during testi ng.
During the output of an error message, the number of output pulses indicates the error:
