15.E - Process
When a unit is purchased the customer, or the service partner on behalf of the customer, will complete the
Ashton Bentley warranty registra on documenta on and forward this by e-mail to Ashton Bentley in the UK.
In Years 2 & 3 of the warranty should a fault occur you simply report the fault to your service partner giving
them your product registra on details. The service partner will then contact you to gain as much informa on
about the nature of the fault as they can and facilitate a resolu on remotely if possible.
Should that not be possible the faulty system or component will be iden fi ed and you are requested to
suitably pack and return the faulty system or component back to Ashton Bentley facility in the UK at your
cost. On receipt, Ashton Bentley will inspect and carry out a repair or replacement, and return to the service
partner or to the site. Return carriage costs will be covered by Ashton Bentley however any local import
du es/taxes will be your responsibility.
Each Ashton Bentley system has only four ac ve components, which, because of the simplifi ed connec vity,
can quickly and easily be exchanged without tools or special skills.
Each system is supplied with a detailed set of assembly and wiring diagrams to assist in the installa on of
advance replacement units.
15.F - Enhanced Year Three Warranty
You can enhance the Standard Warranty to have all three years covered under the Advance Replacement
terms. The cost for this is shown in the Enhanced/Extended Warranty Price Schedule.
15.G - Extended Year Five Warranty
You can extend the Standard Warranty to provide for 5 years covered under the Advance Replacement
terms. The cost for this is shown in the Enhanced/Extended Warranty Price Schedule.
