7.4 Replacing the brushes
IMPORTANT!
All brushes must be checked after 20 operating hours at the most. The brushes must be replaced
if you are no longer satisfied with the brushing results, or if the brush diameter is below 220 mm.
Correct functioning of the brushing machine can only be guaranteed if original brushes with black
and white bristles are used.
WARNING!
Switch off motor and allow to cool down. The machine must be secured against unintentional starting.
1) Loosen the nut on the left-hand brush with a 19 mm
ring spanner (prevent the nut on the other brush
turning with another 19 mm ring spanner).

3) Pull out the axle with the second brush on it.
2) Now remove the nut and pull off the brush.

4) Parts after disassembly. Replace the old brushes
with new ones.

5) IMPORTANT
!
The black row of bristles must touch
the floor before the white row in the brush rotation
direction.
