10.0 Repair Policy
If after troubleshooting, the problems persist, disinfect the NanoScope Console and
send it to Arthrex using the original packaging. Always send the corresponding
accessory device with the Console. Please enclose a brief explanation of the
malfunction.
Contact Arthrex for a Return Authorization Number and instructions, prior to
returning the device.
