MUTE A CHANNEL
You can choose a channel to mute, or silence the channel, in the utility menu.

Load a file into the piano's sequencer. Please refer to Loan and Play a File in this section of
the manual.

Press the UTILITY button after loading a file, the indicator light turns on. Use +/YES button or
-/NO button to select Mute.

Press the UTILITY button again to confirm your selection. The first channel number will
appear on the display. Use +/ YES button or -/NO button to select a channel to mute. If the
file contains less than 16 channels, the display shows only the active channel numbers. If
there is no file loaded, a “No file loaded” warning will appear on the display before returning
to the main SD card menu.

Press the PLAY/STOP button, all the channels will play except the channel selected to mute,
its indicator will be lit.

Press the PLAY/STOP button again to stop playing, the indicator turns off. The playing will
automatically stop after all contents are played, the piano will return to the mute menu and
you may continue to select channels.

The keyboard is available for play while a music file is playing. The voice will be the voice of
the muted channel. Choose a different voice using the voice quick select buttons, press the
same quick select button again to recover the original voice of the muted channel.

Press the 0 button of numeric pad to exit the mute feature and return to the utility menu.
DELETE FILE
The utility menu allows you to delete files from an SD card.

Press the UTILITY button, the indicator light turns on.

Use +/YES button or -/NO button to select Delete.

Press the UTILITY button again to confirm your selection.

The first file name will appear on the display. Use +/YES button or - /NO button to select a
file to delete. If there is no MIDI file in the card, a “No music file” warning will appear in the
display for about 5 seconds. Then the screen will return to the main SD card menu.

Press the UTILITY button again to select the file.

The display will ask “Are you sure?” as a precaution. Press the +/YES button to delete or
press the -/NO button to cancel the delete and return to the menu.

When the delete is complete, an “OK” confirmation will appear on the before it will returns
to the main SD card menu.

Press the 0 button of the numeric pad to exit the delete mode and return to the utility menu.
