Restarting your computer sets up the files that your scanner needs to work
properly.
STEPS 2: CONNECTING AND UNLOCKING THE SCANNER
The Artec E+ 48U/ E+ Pro scanner connects to any available USB port.
Check your computer’s user’s guide for its USB port locations.
Note: Hardware connection is to be done when your computer has
restarted and back in Windows.
To connect the E+ 48U/ E+ Pro scanner to a USB port on your
computer:
1.
Plug one end of the USB cable into an available USB port.
2.
Turn the scanner over to see the unlock switch on the bottom. Use a
coin to turn the switch to the unlock position.
