27. Dismantle the cabinet

This product is made up by 75% of recyclable materials.
Preparation
•
recover the coolant
•
remove the lubricating oil
Obligations
•
dismantle the counter in accordance with the local laws on waste disposal
and in respect of the environment in which we live
•
according to the legislation in force, the counter is considered as dangerous
waste and falls under the category of separate collection and cannot be treat
-
ed as domestic waste or be sent to landfill
•
take the intact parts of the refrigeration circuit to specialised refrigerant recy
-
cling centres

all these operations such as transportation and waste treatment must
only be performed by specialist and authorised technicians.
Liability
The user must deliver the counter to be dismantled to the collection centre
specified by local authorities or indicated by the manufacturer for the recovery
and recycling of materials.

28. Warranty
The Buyer can take advantage of the warranty provided by the supplier only by carefully observing
the instructions given in this manual, in particular if:
•
always operate within the counter’s operating parameters
•
to carefully and continually carry out maintenance operations
•
authorizes the use of the machine by operators and technicians trained for the purpose and with
proven skills and behaviour (see chap. 4-5-6)
Conditions
Italy
: unless otherwise agreed, the machines are guaranteed only if factory
new, for one year from the date of shipment, except for the electrical and re
-
lated parts. Within this period, the parts will be replaced or repaired for free
at the discretion of our technicians that will assess it they are defective. For
further details on warranty conditions please check the sales terms.
Overseas
: see the agreements with the respective dealers or area managers.

Failure to comply with the instructions in this manual shall void the warranty.
