DCN-2 cable has the input («Alarm in») and output Alarm out») of alarm signaling.
«Alarm in» input is Х6 socket designed for connection of galvanically isolated relay
contacts from other devices (for example, the fuse boards, having such outputs), by which
the alarm signals from other devices of the communication system are transferred
to DCN-2.
The function of contacts for Х6 socket is given in Table А.4.

«Alarm out» output (Х7 connector) – performs the error signaling of DCN-2 itself to
external circuits by galvanically isolated contacts of Р1 relay for the response of external
alarm devices (for example, the connection of external alarm beacon or horn).
