If the SR determines that the item is under warranty or should be returned
for repair, a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) will be provided.
RMA can be obtained via e-mail to [email protected] or via phone
by calling Armasight Customer Service at (888)959-2259 Ext. 2. You may
also request one via fax (888)959-2260.
When returning the Recorder DT for service or repair, the following
procedures should be followed to prevent any additional damage:
1. Verify that the Recorder DT is free of all contaminants, such as dirt or any
other foreign material.
2. Remove the batteries.
3. Secure the covers.
4. Place the Recorder DT and accessories into the carton.
Place the Recorder DT, as well as a copy of the test report or a detailed de-
scription of the failure, in a suitable packing/ shipping container. Mark the
package with the RMA#. Ship the package using the fastest option avail-
able; the package should be traceable and all postage must be prepaid.
