3) Changing the set value
• In order to display the set value, press and im-
mediately release the
button.
• Press and hold the
button for at least
2 seconds to change the set value. The current
set value will be displayed, and the “°C” or “°F”
LED will start to flash.
• To change the set value, press the

arrows within 10 seconds. Press and hold
or
button for faster adjustment.
• To store the new set value, press the
button again or wait 10 seconds.
4) Changing the unit of measure
• To change a parameter value, enter the pro-
gramming mode by pressing and holding the
button for 3 seconds (the “°C” or
“°F” LED will start to flash) and select desired
parameter

button to display its value.

next parameter. To exit: Press the
button or wait 15 seconds without pressing any
buttons.
CAUTION:
the set value is stored even when exiting
the procedure by not pressing any buttons.
5) Manual defrost
Note: The appliance will automatically run a de-
frost cycle in every 6 hours.
• Press and hold the button for more than 5
seconds.
• The defrost cycle will start immediately and
the icon illuminates. The defrost process
will last maximum 30 minutes.
• The defrost process is a short defrost cycle.
The appliance needs to be empty regularly and
shut down for complete defrost all the ice if
necessary.
Lock/ Unlock the Doors
• A lock is fitted to the doors to ensure foodstuffs
are kept secure within your appliance.
• Use the keys provided to lock/unlock the door.
Fitting the Waste Water Tray
• The waste water tray is ready to fit into the under-
side of the appliance.
• Slide the tray into the track placed under the ap-
pliance.
Fitting the Shelves
1) Place one set of shelf guided on either side of the
cabinet at the desired height.
2) Slide the shelf into the track.
3) Repeat steps 1 to 2 a few times to place remain-
ing shelves on position
Note: This is important for ensuring correct drain-
age of condensation.
Food storage
• In order to ensure the best possible operation
of the cabinet, the following rules should be ob-
served:
• Place food products in the cabinet when it reaches
the requested set temperature (visible on the dis-
play).
• Do not place warm food and liquids inside the ap-
pliance.
• If possible, the food should be wrapped or secured
in any other way (air circulation speeds up the dry-
ing of food)
• Do not block air circulation inside the chamber (re-
move unnecessary obstructions).
• Avoid frequent and prolonged opening of the door.
• Wait a while before opening the door again, if it
has just been closed (suction force created in the
chamber after the door is closed will hinder its
subsequent opening, which is a standard phenom-
enon.

Cleaning
• Clean the door seal with water only.
• Always wipe dry after cleaning.
• Do not allow water used in cleaning to run through
the drain hole into the evaporation pan.
• The exterior and interior surfaces can be cleaned
with a damp cloth and a little detergent.
• Racks can be removed and washed in water.
