The claim to the statutory warranty expires in the following situations:

Improper use by the consumer
•
Disassembly or damage to the system and the associated components by the consumer
•
Missing invoice or removal of serial number etc
•
Use of spare parts that do not originate from the manufacturer
•
If maintenance intervals are not observed
•
Damage caused by force majeure
•
When waste water is constantly recycled
•
When using the system for producing drinking water from process water, well water or circumferential water

The water hoses are not connected or are
connected incorrectly
Connect hoses correctly
The water pressure is too high
If necessary, connect an upstream pressure
reducer to the system
The hoses or filter cartridges are leaking
Replace damaged components
Low or no water outlet
The T-valve on the water inlet is not sufficiently
open
Open the valve a little further
The tap water supply is interrupted
Ensure a functioning supply
The hoses are blocked or twisted
Free the hoses from the blockage
Filter/membrane are blocked by foreign bodies
Free the components from the foreign body
The osmosis water tap is damaged
Repair the tap or replace it
The temperature of the tap water is too low
Increase the water temperature
The appliance does not work
Plug, power socket or power supply are defective
Check the components for damage and replace
them if necessary
One or more status LEDs indicate
that filter/membrane need to be
changed and the device does not
work
The service life of a filter/membrane may have
expired
Replace the relevant component
Water has an unpleasant smell
The system was not used for a prolonged period
Open the osmosis tap and let the reverse os-
mosis system produce osmosis water for about
5 minutes (this should not be used) If this does
not correct the error, one or more filters/mem-
branes may need to be replaced
