13. Stand up the Voyager pull on the strap and
verify the Quick Release for proper
operation.
14. Tighten the two screws under the
Quick
Release
while checking if the
Quick Release
is moving freely. If stuck, unscrew a little
until the
Quick Release
is functional.
Touch Pad Membrane
replacement
1. Put the Voyager on the back and unscrew
the 2 screws on the carry handle and the
2 screws at the bottom of the device.
2. Flip the Voyager and unscrew the 2 center
screws from the rear cab.
3. Flip the Voyager and gently, remove the
front cab from the Voyager. Just lift enough
the frame from the front cab to unplug the 2
control switch connectors from the circuit
board. Be careful with the circuit board under
the frame.

Remove the old membrane with a thin blade.
If necessary, remove traces of adhesive with
a soft solvent.
If the new membrane does not have a white
dot on the connector, deposit the membrane
on the back and make a white point on the
right side of the connector.
5. Replace by the new one by passing the
cable in the cab hole. Peel the back of the
membrane and stick it to the cab.
6. Gently put the frame in the front cab just
enough to plug back the 2 control button
