3. Assembly
3.1 Assembly Instructions
Tools needed:
•
17mm Spanner
•
14mm Spanner
•
Phillips Screwdriver
•
4mm Hex Key
•
5mm Hex Key
•
6mm Hex Key
1. Use 17mm spanner to fully tighten the four castors (A) into the threaded holes
in the base (B).
2. Ensure that the red-lined nuts (C) on the gas spring (D) are aligned as shown
in the inset, and then position the threaded end of the gas spring (D) through
the opening hole on the base (B).
Important: Do not damage the piston (P) when handling the gas spring (D).
