are designed for use on ArjoHuntleigh Enterprise®
5000, 5100, 5200 and 5300 series beds with folding safety sides.
Safety side pads
ENT-ACC61
are designed for use on ArjoHuntleigh Enterprise®
3000, 5000 and Contoura® 460 and 480 series beds with standard height folding ¾
length safety sides:
The pads have a semi-rigid foam core. ENT-ACC61 has a reinforced bottom edge;
when correctly installed, this reduces the risk of a patient becoming entrapped
between the mattress platform edge and the safety side’s bottom rail.
The pads are supplied in sets of two and can be fitted on either side of the bed.
WARNING
The cover of this product is not air permeable and may present a
suffocation risk.
These pads must only be used with the beds listed above. Using them
with other beds may create an entrapment risk.
Do not use these pads with extra height safety sides (e.g. MB-ACC19),
or safety side height extensions (e.g. MB-ACC02 or ENT-ACC54).
Safety side pads can impair the carer’s view of the patient; monitor the
patient carefully when the pads are in use.
Before each use, check that the bottom edge of each pad is straight
and that the cover is free from tears and splits If any fault is found, do
not use the safety side pad.
These pads must only be used with beds and safety sides for which
they are designed and approved.
