To define an area, use the joystick (or the arrow keys) to pan/tilt the CyberDome Day-
Nite to the upper left corner of the area and press the
clear
key. Three stars will appear.
Next, use the joystick (or the arrow keys) to move the CyberDome Day-Nite to the lower
right corner of the area and press the
set
key.

Next, the Title Entry Menu will be displayed (see Figure 14). While the cursor (arrow) is
in the far left position (under the left caret), use the
keys (or the joystick) to
move the position of the title up and down on the screen.

Next, move the cursor to the right (inside the carets). Edit the title by moving the
keys (or the joystick) up or down to scroll to the desired alphanumeric character.
When an area must not be viewed due to privacy restrictions, the restricted area can be
defined and the video blanked out when the camera crosses that area. To select this
option, begin the title with a question mark (?) when entering an area title. The area title
will appear on the monitor, but the video will be blanked out.

Once the title is set, press
seq
twice to return to the Edit Titles Menu.
12.
From the Edit Titles Menu, press
seq
to return to the Program Select Menu.

The Current Status menus include five more menus that show the current state of both
preset and area status and titling (see Figure 45 for examples of these screens). Use the
arrow keys to page up or page down (as directed on the monitor screen menu) through
these menus. Keep in mind that these menus display information on current setup only - any
changes you wish to make will have to be done in the setup programming menus.
