2. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions are intended for the technicians of the qualified installation
entities, in order that the INSTALLATION, adjustment and MAINTENANCE
operations are carried out correctly and in accordance with the regulations in
force. The guarantee is subject to this condition. Qualified entities must carry
out their activity in accordance with the official legislation in each country.
Before installation, always refer to the product identification. (Characteristics
and Warning Plates). There you will find important information that complements
this manual for a favorable installation.
Check the characteristics of the place where the kitchen is to be installed. The
manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation or
improper use of the appliance.
The gas supply piping must comply with current national requirements and must
be periodically inspected and replaced if necessary.
Never store or use flammable substances near the appliance.
We remind you that all devices installed in premises open to the public must
follow the following rules in force:
- Safety in case of fire and panic in public places;
- Installation of equipment for professional catering kitchens;
- Specific provisions applicable to public places (dining rooms, restaurants,
bars, etc.).
Before connecting, you must ensure that:
- All removable parts are in the correct position. If any are disassembled due to
transportation, they must be adjusted.
This appliance must be installed in accordance with current regulations
and used only in well-ventilated areas.
This device is type A, so it is not mandatory to direct its connection to a ventilation
outlet outside. However, the appliance must be installed under a fume hood
to ensure complete removal of combustion gases. Never block the chimney
outlet. Avoid any obstruction of it. In particular, it must be considered that the
air necessary for the combustion of the burners is 2m3 / h per kW of installed
power.
