Reinstall sleeve bushing between bearings on frame
and side plate.

Align spur gear keyway with Woodruff key and
reinstall gear onto key.
9.
Align spur gear with pinion gear and move axle right
until it stops.
10. Tighten six locking nuts securing axle mount plates to
track carriage.
11. Secure bottom cover to frame with six hex screws.
12. Reinstall flat steel washers and keys onto drive axle
ends.
13. Reinstall track drive wheels. See
14. Reinstall tracks. See
15. Return unit to operating position.
16. Reconnect spark plug wire and fill fuel tank.
17. Adjust track tension. Refer to Operator’s Manual for
adjustment procedure.
IMPORTANT:
Check all adjustments after first use.
Remove Left Bearing
IMPORTANT:
Save all hardware for reinstallation.
1.
Stop engine, remove key and wait for all moving parts
to stop and for hot parts to cool.
2.
Disconnect spark plug wire from engine.
3.
Place unit in service position. See

Remove track drive wheels. See
5.
Remove tracks. See
6.
Remove keys and flat steel washers from drive axle.
See Figure 120.
7.
Remove hardware retaining bottom cover and remove
bottom cover. See
8.
Loosen, but DO NOT remove hardware securing axle
mount plates to track carriage. See Figure 121.
IMPORTANT:
Loosen mount plates on both sides of unit.
Remove roll pin from axle.
10. Move spur gear left to disengage from Woodruff key.
