(2) How to back up the phone data
1.
Power on the phone and switch it to Test Mode. (At the same time click
“*”, “#”
, and
“power-on” keys to enter
Test mode.)
2.
Connect the Download cable to the phone from PC.
3. Make sure that the .cfg file corresponding to the phone software is present in the
model data file clip.
4. In the backup menu…
1. Select a
model.
2. Select a piece of
data to read from
the phone.
3. Select an item
for a backup.
4. Click “Browse” to determine
the path of the stored data and
the file name.
5. Click “Start”
to back up a
file.
6. After the backup,
click the icon to
power off the phone.
7. Click the icon to exit
from the backup menu.
backup state:
Recovery is successful when
the green arrow appears.
Backup is failed when the red
“X” appears.
Backup results:
The entire backup is successful
when a yellow smiling face appears.
An irregular state is present if the
red light is on.
