Warranty information
The manufacturer provides a warranty in accordance with the legislation of the
country in which the customer resides, but for a minimum of 1 year (Germany: 2
years), starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
The warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship.
Warranty repairs may only be carried out by an authorised service centre. When
making a claim under the guarantee, the original invoice (with date of purchase)
must be submitted.
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the unit, use of non-approved accessories
• Use of force, damage due to external influences
• Damage due to non-observance of the operating instructions, e.g. connec -
tion to an unsuitable mains voltage or non-observance of the installation
instructions Partially or completely dismantled units
