6. Use / operation
After completing the initial start-up, you can put the appliance into
operation.
1.
Apply margarine or butter which is suitable for baking to the bak
-
ing mould and kneader.
2. First, place the bread mould in the bread machine by turning it
clockwise to lock it. Then place the kneader on the shaft in the
baking mould. Make sure that the kneader is fully depressed.
3. Then add the desired ingredients to the baking mould.
Caution! Never overfill the baking mould in any case! The maximum
quantity of flour should not exceed 750 g. Also ensure that yeast
does not exceed 11 g. Otherwise the machine may overflow or be
damaged in some manner.
4.
Place the appliance on a flat, heat-resistant and stable surface.
5.
Close the lid of the bread machine and connect the mains plug
into a suitable socket. Make sure that the specifications of the
bread machine matches that of the mains supply.
6.
You will hear a beep and the display shows "1 2:50". The appli
-
ance is now in mode 1 "Basic" and is set to the medium degree of
browning and bread size "Large" (1000 g) by default.
