2.1.3 QR Code
2.1.4 Recording
Clicking the QR code button it shows the QR code image that
links to the live subtitle web page.
*Note: The QR code link needs to be pre-edited in the web
admin page. The URL must be accessible for users who will
use it to view the live subtitle. Please see Web Administrator
→

on the configuration.
The video and the subtitles can be saved when recording function is enabled.
After the recording function is correctly configured, it will automatically be started/stopped when the live transcription starts/
stops.
Limitation
1. Video length(Max.) : 8hr
2. If record to an external USB drive with FAT32 file system, due to the maximum size of a single file saved on FAT32
drive is 4 GB, the max. record length would be less than 8 hours.
Rule
The dialog on the right shown when all the following conditions are
meet:
1. “Record to USB” is enabled.
2. An USB drive is connected and it isn’t mounted as the local
storage.
3. The USB drive free space is not enough for 8-hour recording
* It can happen when using a FAT32 disk with plenty of space since
you can only storage a single file with 4GB maximum on FAT32.
The dialog on the right shown when all the following conditions are
meet:
1. “Record to USB” is disabled or No USB drive is connected unless it
is mounted as local storage.
2. “Loop recording” is disabled
3. The local storage’s free space is not enough for 8-hour recording.
