6.2.5 Online Director
During the recording process, the Online Director allows you to apply nine layouts, and quickly define the recording
layout. This director control panel can also perform mount-tracking and the zooming in/out of the cameras. The
recording audio volume, whether from the microphone that the user prepared, the AREC wireless microphone (AM-
500), or even the audio recorded and played back from the video, can all be controlled and adjusted here.
1. Connect the computer to the local network together with KS-710 and enter the device’s IP address (Figure 1) in
the browser; or connect the computer to the LAN port of KS-710 and enter 192.168.11.254 in the browser. this will
open the Online Director login page (Figure 2). Enter the user name and password; the default user name and
password are both director. This will enter the director screen (Figure 3).
