The fan shows no function. 

- The power plug is not plugged 
in. 
- The stage "0" is pressed on 
the step switch (10).  
 
- The socket is defective. 

- Plug the power plug into the 
socket. 
- Depending on the desired 
airflow, press "1", "2" or "3" on 
the step switch (10). 
- Test the outlet with another 
electrical device. 

 
 
The fan does not swing back 
and forth. 

- The oscillation knob (8) is not 
activated. 
- The rotating device is blocked 
by an object. 

- Press down the switch for the 
oscillation function (8). 
- Turn off the fan. Check 
whether objects are blocking 
the oscillation funtion and 
remove them if necessary. 

 

The device is loud or vibrates. 

- The device is not set up 
correctly. 
- The device is not assembled 
correctly. 

- Make sure the fan is upright 
and stable. 
- Assemble the device correctly.
