1.11 Onzen Cloudy Water Troubleshooting Flowchart
Onzen™ System is
producing Chlorine.
Balance the water
again and wait 24
hours. FCL should rise
Drain water. Re-fill
Spa. Be carefull not to
let the PH level go
above 7.6
Turn the setting up in the
programing. Add Arctic Spas
Boost to rise levels munually.
Monitor the FCL daily as you
may need to turn down the
Onzen™ Cycle Duration time
to prevent over-chlorination.
Watch for bubbles frequently
over the next few hours

Carry out a CH Sodium Chloride test
Carry out a Sodium Chloride test
Carry out a TA test (Total Alkalinnity)
Carry out a PH test (Potential Hydrogen)
Carry out a FCL test (Free Chlorine)
Check that all settings are set in accordance with
the settings on this manual
Add required amount of salt
in accordance with the chart
on this mannual ensuring TA
& PH are tested and adjusted
as required
Reduce Sodium level by drining water
from the Spa and replenishing with
fresh water and test/adjust TA, PH and
Sodium in accordance with
the settings on this manual
Add Arctic Pure Salt Water Balance in
accordance with the instructions on the
bottle to lower TA accordingly
Add Arctic Pure Salt Water Balance in
accordance with the instructions on the
bottle to lower PH accordingly
Add Arctic Pure Perfect
Balance in accordance with
the instructions on the
bottle to rise TA accordingly
Add Arctic Pure Adjust Up
in accordance with the
instructions on the bottle to
rise PH accordingly
Add Arctic Pure Adjust Down in
accordance with the instructions on the
bottle to lower PH accordingly
Carry out a Sanitizer
Production test
Use Calcium Reducing Prod-
uct such as Arctic Pure Best
