Did you pay attention to the unit in which speed is

indicated (km/h or mph )?

Are magnets and sensors properly attached to your

vehicle?

Change the main jets, slow jet and low speed fuel

screw of the carburetor.

Generally yes. But do not direct the jet towards

electrical parts (lights, fuses,...)
