13.0 Warranty
Damage, accident or otherwise, to the air conditioner while in the possession of the
consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the care and
special handling provisions in the instructions.
Damage to the finish of the case, or other appearance parts caused by wear.
Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the air conditioner by anyone other than
those authorized by the manufacturer.
A copy of the invoice with purchasing date.
A reason for the claim or description of the fault.
The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please contact the
nearest supplier in your location. For repair and guarantee processing, please prepare
the following documents:
