On-site prerequisites
The product is to be installed in a dry, well-ventilated room:
-
Avoiding condensation
-
Limit the ambient temperature to 5°C - 40 °C
Attention should be paid to optimum pool hydraulics. The disinfectant will not reach
areas in which the water is not circulated. To prevent algae from forming, the walls and
bottom of the pool must be mechanically cleaned on a regular basis. At the same time,
regular cleaning of the pre-filter of the skimmer and filter pump should be carried out
as well as weekly backwashing of the filter. The manufacturer accepts no liability for
faults in the system caused by on-site contamination.
The filter system must be switched on for at least ten hours of the day. The supply of
fresh water (automatic or manual) is carried out outside the filter operating times only,
otherwise the measurement of the dosage technology will be influenced.
Warning notes:
There is a risk of explosion if inorganic and organic solid chlorine
preparations are mixed.
Do not mix sodium hypochlorite (chlorine bleach) with acids,
regardless of type, otherwise an extremely poisonous chlorine
gas will be created.
Always observe the safety notes on the chemical containers.
In the event that you switch dosing from organic to inorganic
chlorine products, there is a risk that after the use of organic
chlorine products the pool may be enriched with isocyanuric
acid. After the switch over to inorganic chlorine products, the
newly dosed active chlorine may be ineffective since it is initially
bound by the isocyanuric acid.
To prevent damages in the event of operational faults, a sufficiently dimensioned
drainage system must be present.
