Place your arms through the waist straps
and grab the outside of the BC. Raise the
Rapid Diver up and place your head through
the opening in the BC and lower it onto your
shoulders

Pull one waist strap forward while
simultaneously lifting the cylinder until
it is even with your stomach. Repeat the
process to tighten opposite waist strap
(Fig. 19)

The excess waist strap webbing can
be stored between the BC and your chest
