FINAL ASSEMBLY
1. Slide the protector (129609) around the Dry chamber by
ensuring the 2 notches of the protector corresponds with
the notches of the body. Then slide the ring (129623 /
129702 / 129717) and the Washer (129611).
2. While the regulator is under pressure, put the piston
(129606) inside the dry. Insert the diaphragm (129126)
inside the groove of the dry (129602).
3. Using a Hex8 torque wrench, tighten the Dry chamber
plug (129604 / 129709 / 129746) on the dry chamber up
to 0.4 m.kg. Check the IP is still at 8,5 bar.
The washer (129611) is conical. Pay attention
to its direction during the assembly, The cone
should be pointing up.
4. Turn off the cylinder valve and purge the regulator.
Remove the IP gauge and fit the IP plug.
Note : Step 2 and 3 must be done while
keeping the regulator under pressure.
