13. Remove the regulator from the vice and unscrew the tool
116230 from the body. Use a 4mm Allen key to unscre
the plugs (129612 / 129707 / 129613

/ 129708) from
their ports and remove their O-rings.
END OF DISASSEMBLY
RE-ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
1. Fit new lubricated O-rings (124703) to all the plugs
(129612 / 12707). Fit new lubricated O-rings (124701) to
all the plugs (129613 / 129708). Screw the plugs into all
the ports except one HP port, and tighten them using a
4mm Allen key.
2. Fit a new lubricated O-ring (124704) on to the seat
(127585). Slide the seat onto the tool 116236, with the
sealing crown of the seat against the plastic part of the
tool. Push the seat into the body to position it. Push on
the plastic part behind the tool to make sure that it is in
contact.
Note : Before continuing, closely examine the
anti-extrusion washer (21). You will note that
it has a flat side and a concave side. For
correct assembly the concave side should be
against the O-ring, as shown in the picture
below.

Before starting to re-assemble the
regulator, make sure that all
replacement parts have been cleaned
and lubricated in accordance with
Procedure A
: Cleaning and
Lubricating on page 22
