d. .Install the dust cap between the yoke and the
shutter crown, then tighten the yoke screw so that
the spring is compressed
e. Using a 3mm hex key screw completely the shutter
valve by turning the key counter clockwise until the
crown begins to turn.
f.
Unscrew the yoke screw and connect the assembly
on a cylinder valve equipped with an insert. Tighten
the shutter valve up to 3Nm by turning counter
clockwise. Remove the assembly from the cylinder
valve.
g. Fit
a
non lubricated O-ring (124703) inside the yoke
retainer and fit the filter (129209) into the O-ring
h. Fit the yoke ACD cap (129607) between the Body
and the yoke (124611 / 129713 / 124610) and
screw the ACD assembly into the body
by holding
the body with the entry downwards

Dust cap

Using the tool A11001, tighten the yoke retainer up
to 2,5m.Kg.
j.
Screw the Yoke screw (129618 / 129721) into the
Yoke
