  11  MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION

 

The chart indicated below shows different inspections and the frequency at which they should be 

performed.

Check that the water level is adequate and that 

 

the fleet is functioning well.

Check for mud build-up, clean if necessary.

Check to see if the water is very black and muddy. 

 

If so, the dust collector should be cleaned.

Inspect, clean and touch up paint if necessary. 

 

Check the valves and the fleet.

Adjust the water level, check the water supply system.

There is too much mud. Empty the tank, clean and fill it with new water.

There is dust coming 

out at the exit of the 

dust collector

Water level too low.

Adjust the water level, check the fleet system.

The supply solenoid 

valve does not work.

Check if the solenoid valve is supplying water. 

 

Repair or change it as needed.

There is water esca-

ping from the exit

Elimination panels are 

improperly installed.

Check that the panels are incorrectly installed, check 

that everything is properly fixed. Correct as needed.

There are leaks in the 

inspection panels.

Check that there are no leaks. Correct as needed.
