The steps of assembling the DC connector are listed as follows:

Strip off the DC wire about 7mm, disassemble the connector cap nut (see
Picture 5.3).

Crimp the contact pin to the wire using a proper wire crimp tool as shown
in Picture 5.4.

Insert the contact pin into the connector housing until it locks in place.
Screw the cap nut onto the connector housing. Torque to 2.5-3Nm (as shown in
Picture 5.5).
