11.17 Removing the seat

Guideline

Screw, top shock absorber M10 45 Nm (33,2 lbf ft)

• Mount nut 5 and tighten fitting.

Screw, bottom shock absorber M10 45 Nm (33,2 lbf ft)

• Install the rear wheel. (      .51)

Finishing work

• Remove the motorcycle from the lift stand. 

• Remove the screw 1 bellow the seat

• Hook the seat onto screw 1, lower the seat at the rear, and 

push it forward.

• Catch 2 hooks into the fuel tank.

• Tighten the screw 3
