• Make sure lip seal is positioned between lips and teeth.
• Make sure there are no tears or other damage to the lip seal.
• Make sure the mouthpiece is oriented correctly within your
mouth. The arched pad should be facing up toward the
roof of your mouth, and the pad should rest in the back of
your mouth.
• Make sure mouthpiece is attached to the tubing.
Console/tubing
leak
• Make sure all connections are properly seated.
• Make sure the lid on the reservoir is properly sealed and that
the reservoir is completely inserted into the console.
• Check tubing for cracks/leaks. If you find a crack or leak,
replace the tubing.
System blocked
• Check that the inside of the reservoir lid has been
thoroughly rinsed and dried. Allow lid to air dry for at least
five minutes before replacing.
• Check tubing for kinks or knots, and straighten if necessary.
