• Make sure power cord is fully seated in console and wall
outlet. The green LED near the power jack on the back of the
console will be lit.
• Make sure console is turned ON. Press the power button if
the icon is not solid blue ( ).
• Make sure console is upright and not tilted to one side.
• If the system has not reached the target vacuum level for two
hours, the console will turn itself off automatically.
• If the power icon is flashing yellow (
), unplug the
console. Plug it back in, and press the power button. If
the yellow icon continues to flash, contact Winx Customer
Service at 888-986-6275 or 650-361-9300.
• If the vacuum icon is flashing yellow periodically (
),
there has been an extended break in vacuum pressure for
over 2 hours. Press the power button to turn the console
ON, and make sure the mouthpiece is oriented correctly
within your mouth until the vacuum icon is solid green ( ).
• Clean the reservoir if the reservoir icon is solid yellow ( ).
Thoroughly rinse and dry the inside of the reservoir lid. The
console will not run if the reservoir icon is solid yellow.
