OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 

Filling the Tank 

Prior to adding materials, ensure that the tank and 

plumbing (discharge) systems are clear of any 

obstructions. Failure to do so could result in damage 

to the applicator.   

1. Connect a hose to the fill port on the

passenger side of the unit.

2. Open the Loading Hatch and position

the fill port to begin filling the tank with

water.

3. Start the engine and run at idle (rpm)

until the engine reaches normal

operating temperature.

4. Once the water level has reached the

top of the agitators engage the agitators

in the MIX direction by lowering the

lever on the Driver Side of the Operator

Control Panel.

Mixing Materials 

5. Begin adding materials through the

Loading Hatch and mix per the job

requirements.
