purchased

 

EAN

Electrostatic

 

Precipitator

 

is

 

attached

 

to

 

this

 

document

 

and

 

is

 

to

 

be

 

followed

 

by

 

the

 

designated

 

cleaning

 

company.

the

 

requirements

Cleaning

 

and

 

periodic

 

maintenance

 

is

 

vital

 

to

 

ensure

 

optimal

 

performance

 

of

 

the

 

AOM

 

EAN

 

units

 

and

 

minimise

 

service

 

requirements.

  

8.2.2

 

In

 

order

 

to

 

ensure

 

efficient

 

cleaning

 

of

 

the

 

filtration

 

equipment

 

(electrostatic

 

cells

 

and

 

potentially

 

the

 

pre

 

filters),

 

it

 

is

 

recommended

 

that

 

spare

 

sets

 

of

 

filters

 

be

 

purchased.

is

 

different,

 

however

 

on

 

average

 

the

schedule

 

applies.

 

These

 

are

 

based

 

upon

 

standard

 

restaurant

 

opening

 

hours:

cooking:

 

every

 

six

 

weeks

 

 

Medium

 

cooking:

 

every

 

four

 

weeks

 

 

Heavy

 

cooking:

 

every

 

two

 

weeks

 

or

 

weekly

 

for

 

charcoal/

 

solid

 

fuel

 

cooking.

kitchen

 

exhaust

 

hood

 

electrostatic

 

filters

 

use

 

high

 

voltage

 

to

 

capture

 

grease

 

and

 

smoke

removal

is

 

to

 

be

 

carried

 

out

 

by

 

a

 

trained
