voltage, and channel frequency, that are being monitored. If any of those is showing ERROR (not OK),
you should check the system immediately.
IMPORTANT
: If an alarm is triggered then the system will be in self-protection mode by increasing
its internal attenuation (ATT) so the output power will be folded back, which is by design and is to
protect the system.
DON’T increase the input of the PA (or the output of the exciter)
to compensate
for the power loss. Otherwise, once the alarm has been cleared, you may have a much higher input
level than needed, and it may damage the amplifier and may void the warranty.
