Viewing Settings
To view the toaster settings press and
hold the Menu button (Figure 4) for
approximately 5 seconds. The unit beeps
and shows the settings in the following
order, displaying the value in column 1
first, then the actual setting.

* The first circles shown in these values
represent the Platen indicator lights. The
temperature unit will be shown as ° F or °
C depending on the Unit setting.
Changing Settings
The only settings that can be changed on
the toaster are:

Platen setpoint temperature
y
Auxiliary setpoint temperature
y
Speed
y
Unit
To change these settings:
1.
With the toaster turned off, press and
hold the Menu button and turn the
toaster on. Continue holding the Menu
button until the unit beeps and EnA
appears on the display. Release the
Menu button.
2.
Press the Menu button again. The
toaster shows ºA - ° F (Platen) and
then shows the current Platen setpoint
value. Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons to
change the value as needed.
3.
Press the Menu button to move to the
Auxiliary setting. Edit as needed.
4.
Press the Menu button to move to the
SPEd (Speed setting). Edit as needed.
5.
Press the Menu button to move to the
Unit setting. Edit as needed.
The settings are saved each time you
press the Menu button and move to the
next value. The toaster exits programming
mode after 30 seconds of inactivity.

Factory Reset
To reset the toaster to the original factory
settings:
6.
Turn the toaster off.
7.
Press and hold both the ▲ and ▼
buttons and turn the toaster on,
continuing to hold the ▲ and ▼
buttons until the unit beeps and
FR (Factory Reset) appears on the
display.
8.
Release the buttons.
Hi-Limit Reset Button
A Hi-Limit Control turns off power to the
unit if it overheats. To reset the control,
allow the unit to cool, then locate the Reset
Button at the rear of the unit. Remove
the black protective cap, press the Reset
Button, and reinstall the protective cap
(Figure 3).
