The table below describes error codes and the corrective action.

Remove anything connected to the USB port, turn unit off and back

Main platen has not reached set point within 20 minutes.
Turn unit off and back on again. If error persists, contact Antunes

Main platen has exceeded 650° F.

Main platen has fallen 50°F below set point after Ready state.

Main thermocouple failed (open).

Aux has fallen 50°F below set point after Ready state; will clear from
display if temperature recovers; error is logged into memory.
Make sure front and rear covers are in proper position. Turn unit
off and back on again. If error persists, contact Antunes Technical

Auxiliary Heater exceeds 525° F.

Auxiliary Heater does not reach set point within 20 minutes.

Auxiliary thermocouple failed (open).
Turn unit off and back on again. If error persists, contact Antunes

Auxiliary Hi Limit (hardware circuit trips at 550°F which turns off
contactor; ER22 then shows within 2 seconds).

Turn unit off and back on again. If error persists, this may indicate a

Make sure no buns are stuck in conveyors or any obstructions
around conveyors. Turn unit off and back on again. If error persists,
