INSTALLATION INSPECTION
• At the time of installation an installation inspection must be
conducted and the installation protocol must be completed
and signed by your installer.
• Regular inspection, maintenance and servicing must be
carried out to ensure your installation has a long service life.
In order to fulfil the conditions of Jula’s guarantee of
operation, servicing must be conducted and documented, at
least every other year. The first service must be carried out
within one year from the installation and commissioning of
the system. Observe that service and installation may only
be performed by an authorised installer/service technician,
according to the refrigerant provisions. Note that failure to
carry out servicing by an authorised and certified installer/
technician/service technician will invalidate the product’s
guarantee of operation.

technician is certified by performing a search at www.
incertonline.se
• Upon receipt of this product, this should be carefully
examined. If faults are detected during unpacking or
installation these must be reported before using the system.
• Any faults discovered must be reported to Jula within a
reasonable time after the discovery (max. 2 months). If the
report concerning discovered faults, or which should have
been discovered, has not been submitted to Jula within a
reasonable time, Jula’s guarantee of operation ceases to
apply. Faults shall constitute, in accordance with a
professional assessment approved by Jula, a departure from
the normal standard.
• Servicing of the system must be carried out and documented
regularly, at least every other year. The first service must be
carried out within one year from the commissioning of the
system. Servicing may only be carried out by an authorised
installer/technician/service technician in accordance with
the refrigerant provisions. Note that failure to carry out
servicing by an authorised installer/technician/service
technician will invalidate the guarantee of operation.
• Actual costs for demanded guarantee work, repairs or other
service measures, where the product does not fulfil the
guarantee conditions will be charged according to the
service/installation company’s applicable price list.
• In the event of faults that are clearly related to the
installation performed by a third party, any guarantee claims
and complaints must first and foremost be addressed to the
responsible installer.
• Jula is exempt from the consequence for failure to fulfil
obligations according to Jula’s Guarantee of operation if the
failure is due to circumstances, that lie beyond the control of
Jula and which prevent the fulfilment of the guarantee. Such
circumstances can, for example, be war, acts of war, terrorism,
revolution, riots, fire, government action or omissions, labour
conflicts, new or amended legislation, natural events such as
floods or earthquake. There is no liability according to Jula’s
guarantee of operation for faults on the product that arise
directly or indirectly due to circumstances that lie beyond the
control of Jula or similar events.
• It is very important to read all the operating and installation
instructions before starting the installation. It is equally
important to read these operating instructions before
putting the system into operation. This is our guarantee in
order for you to have confidence in the product. We want
you to be a satisfied user of your Anslut heat pump.
