When constructing the fireplace it is necessary to respect the minimum distances between the insert and the inner
walls, to ensure proper operation and safe use of the product.
The front trims fitted around the insert must allow a minimum ventilation distance of 12-15 mm to ensure proper air
recirculation and proper operation.
Given below are examples of applications with the summary table of minimum distances to be respected:
Floors in wood or in any flammable material must be suitably protected at the base with steel or toughened glass
panels; the protection must cover a certain area in front of the fireplace-insert.
