According to a command received on the Rx side, MST
value, Ch settings on the Rx side and Tx side are changed
respectively.
Response Time: 0 to 8,000 multi frames
Operation on receiving MST = Fail: DNU or No Change.
Response operates only at Negotiation On.

PLCT Threshold: 1 to Tx VCG Size

Differential Delay value is displayed on the same screen
as Summary.
