VCAT Member setting
Settings are possible by providing any Ch position as VCG
member. Order of Ch can be set freely.
For AU4-VC3-Xv, VC12-Xv, and VC-11Xv, Ch position and
Ch order can be arbitrarily set across AU-Ch.
POH setting
Can set Member of POH. A setup of those other than B3,
BIP2, H4, and K4 is common.
H4/K4 setting
Can set ”Reserved” bit of H4 or K4.
