Replace a worn Kynar Tip (if necessary). 

If the motion is less than 1⁄2 inch, you will need to replace either 
the Bag Suspender Tip (Kynar Tip w/ washer Assembly - part # 
11.5) or the agitator (Agitator Assembly - part # 8.9) because the
