GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
The cooking plate (fry-top), referred to from now on
as the appliance, is designed and produced for
cooking foods in direct contact with the plate in the
professional catering sector.
Each model is produced in several versions, de-
pending on the type of plate installed on the appli-
ance (see figure).
