CLEANING THE PLATE
Important
Clean the plate appropriately, using the op-
tional equipment available.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1)
Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.
2)
Make sure the drip tray is empty.
Important
During the cleaning operation several times
to empty the drip tray of collected to prevent
overfl owing of liquids.
3)
Use the scraper tool (accessory on request) to
remove cooking residues from the plate.
4)
Spread a suitable degreaser on the plate and
leave it to act for a few minutes.
5)
Plug the drain hole.
6)
Pour water onto the plate, being careful not to
let it overfl ow, and let it soak for a few minutes.
7)
Remove the plug to drain the water from the
plate.
8)
Remove the drip tray and drain it.
9)
Clean the plate thoroughly with a sponge, rinse
with plenty of water and dry.
Important
Rinse the cooking plate thoroughly to remove
all residues of the degreasing detergent, and
prevent stains and marks from forming when
the plate is put back into use.
