To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Place a container of suitable size underneath
the drain pipe (
A
).
2 - Use the lever (
B
) to turn on the tap and empty
the well.
3 - Use the lever (
B
) to turn off the tap when the
procedure is complete.
If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy
period, proceed as follows:
1 - cut off the mains electricity supply using
the appliance's master switch;
2 - clean the appliance and the surrounding
areas thoroughly;
3 - spread a film of edible oil over the stainless
steel surfaces;
4 - carry out all the servicing procedures;
5 - leave the appliance uncovered and the cooking
chambers open.
To ensure correct use of the appliance, the follow-
ing rules should be adopted:
– use only the accessories recommended by the
constructor;
– before filling the well, use the lever (
A
) to check
that the drain tap is turned off;
– check that the water level never drops below the
minimum level marked (
B
);
– keep the water boiling constantly and ensure cor-
rect starch overflow drain.
Caution - warning
Never use the appliance with no water in the
well, as this may damage its structure.
