Wearing gloves is strongly recommended when carrying any maintenance tasks.
Do not turn the bicycle upside down in order to avoid any damage to its components.
Both calipers (front and rear wheel) are identical. Only the adapters for mounting the caliper to the frame are diffe-
rent. The adapter for the frame at the front of the bike is marked with an
F160
, while the adapter for the rear one is
marked with an
R160
.
Step 1: Mount the rotor on the front and rear wheels
1. Dismount the bicycle wheel beforehand (cf. 5.6.

2. Position the rotor on the wheel and make sure that the arrows
on the rotor are pointing in the same direction as the rotation of
the wheel.
3. Screw the rotor onto the wheel with the bolts and Torx T25 key (tightening 4-6 Nm).
4. Remount the wheel (cf. 5.6.

the arrows on the rotor as indicated in point 2.
Step 2: Mount the caliper on the frame
Use the bolts below for the various operations
For the front caliper:
1. Position the caliper on the
F160
adapter.
2. Screw the
F160
adapter onto the caliper using bolts
A
(M5x13) and a suitable Allen key and tighten thoroughly
(5-7 Nm).
3. Position the
F160
adapter against the frame, aligning
the brake disc with the brake pads. Use a suitable spacer
or alignment tool.
4. Screw the
F160
adapter onto the frame using bolts
B
(M5x14) and a Torx T25 key and tighten it tightly (5-7 Nm).
